Product Overview
The heavy-duty BulkPak 3230 HDR Series reusable containers are ideal for metal stampings and other heavy, dense components. Containers collapse when empty for reduced return transportation costs and warehouse space savings. During storage and shipping, these bulk bins stack securely atop each other. Designed to hold 2,000 lbs, these collapsible containers are built for long-lasting durability in heavy-duty applications. Pallet boxes offer the strength and rugged durability demanded in today's material handling and distribution systems. Custom protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers. These plastic containers are fully recyclable at the end of their service life. (All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected by the distribution of load, handling methods, number, type of access doors, and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.)

- Structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene
- Reach-through, spring-loaded ergonomic latches make collapsing containers and opening/closing access doors extremely easy
- Deck: Solid deck with drain holes
- Two base options include a standard 4-way forklift entry. Note: Due to fork entry size on the 30 side, pallet jack entry is not possible on the short side of this bin.
- Access doors: 0, 1, or 2 doors on the 32" side (Door configurations vary by model)
