Description

Extended-length containers accommodate long and hard-to-fit components and parts. The BulkPak 5648 HDR Series accommodates long and hard-to-fit component parts. All containers are structural-foam molded in high-density polyethylene for durability and are available in side-loading Maximus styles. Unitized loads can be delivered directly to the assembly line for immediate part presentation, with no unwrapping or unbanding. Fixed wall styles (HDRS models) are available to support heavy, dense components. During storage and shipping, these bulk bins stack securely atop each other. Pallet boxes offer the strength and rugged durability demanded in today’s material handling and distribution systems. Custom protective dunnage is available for all ORBIS BulkPak containers. These plastic containers are fully recyclable at the end of their service life. (All dimensions and specifications are approximate. Performance characteristics are based on uniform static loads and may be affected by the distribution of load, handling methods, number, type of access doors, and temperatures beyond the range of 0 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.)

Options

Cardholders
Polyropylene cardholders that snap onto totes. Available in several sizes and accommodate removable cards, bar codes or other identification documents.
ID Plates
Identification Plates are rigid plastic plates with adhesive backing that affix securely to your BulkPak. These plates are designed for durability and a long service life. Most ORBIS BulkPaks can accommodate identification plates. Availability, requirement, and location of the identification plates can vary for each container.
Label Placards
Label placards are placed on containers to allow for the easy application and removal of single-use labels. Prevents sticky residue and overlapping. Placards are removable and replaceable.
